The Pyunkang Yul Essence Toner resets the skin’s pH after cleansing and has the    consistency and nutrients of an essence to deeply hydrate and nourish the skin.

- Instead of purified water, we used Astragalus Root Water that contains betaine and minerals for deep moisture with excellent absorption. It improves skin elasticity, reduces inflammation, and helps collagen production.
