Refund Policy

We do not offer refunds, accept returns, or provide product exchanges due to change of mind or personal preference. All sales are final, except in cases where a product is damaged, defective, or incorrect due to an error on our part.

Eligibility for Refunds
To qualify for a refund, you must contact us within 2 days of your purchase or delivery.
Please note that:
•    If the product is damaged in any way after delivery,
•    Or if you initiate a return after the 2 day window,
you will not be eligible for a refund.

Refund Conditions
For a product to be considered eligible for a refund, all of the following conditions must be met:
1.    Immediate Inspection: The product must be inspected upon receipt and verified as defective, damaged, or incomplete.
2.    Saleable Condition: The product must be returned in unused, unopened condition with all original packaging and hygiene seals intact.
3.    Unused & Undamaged: The item must not have been used, altered, or damaged after delivery.
4.    Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or proof of purchase must be provided.
5.    Lost in Transit: Refunds may also apply to products confirmed as lost during shipment.

Non Refundable but Returnable Items
Some products may be eligible for return but not for refund. If you receive a defective or incorrect product (excluding direct warranty items), please notify us within 24–48 hours of discovering the issue.

Refund Process
Once we receive your returned product, our team will inspect it and process your refund if approved.
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method and typically reflect within 2–5 working days after approval.
